We rented 2 Transalps for a week, During that time we discovered that the bikes were in absolute shoddy condition and that is being kind. One side panel fell off while riding. I was charged 3000 pesos. The other side panel was held together with 1 pin which also would have come off in I had not put a bungie cord over it. I discovered there was NO brake fluid. My friend bike was running terrible. He took the aircleaner out only to find it completely clogged. It ran fine after that. The speedometers on both bikes failed. My friends signal fell off and got burned from rubbing against the rear tire. Both indicators were held together with electrical tape. The bike died due to electrical problem (twice). The staff had no sense of responsibilty or cared about the condition of the bikes or their customers. If you value your safety or the people around you DO NOT RENT A BIKE here

no free towels , lousy aircon, biggest improvement thus far has been the addition of some small fish to the employee hangout area(if anyone can explain how that makes a gym better I welcome their explanation) - my membership runs out next month and I will not renew--hours of operation 6am to 9:30 pm unless manager decides he cant pay the electric bill and cuts the hours like he did the Sun opening- place needs decent management and a crew to clean it not to hang out in lounge and compete with customers for the equipment usage

Stay away from this place if you plan on traveling outside of Angeles. Regardless of what their 'contract' says, when the bike breaks down, which happened to me, and apparently many others, they will tell you over the phone that if they have to come and fix the bike, you will pay for the transportation. If you argue they will threaten to keep your passport, which is of course illegal.
Definitely the worst experience I have ever had renting a bike in Asia.
